1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BeeLab AI LLC ("BeeLab") website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BeeLab provides operational consulting, AI implementation, workflow automation, and related technology services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to operational diagnostics, AI agent deployment, CRM implementation, and ongoing system management.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any systems or tools provided

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, tools, workflows, and methodologies created by BeeLab remain the intellectual property of BeeLab AI LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own business data and content.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes business data, operational metrics, trade secrets, and any information designated as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeeLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. BeeLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if the client violates these terms. Upon termination, the client will receive any deliverables completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
